Responsibilities

  • Assist with identifying bottlenecks, providing necessary recommendation, and escalating issue to improve processes.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting of all vendor SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Assist with developing presentations to present.
  • Collaborate with MHP business areas to ensure testing and functional requirements processes are completed for all vendor workflows and policies/procedures are updated and maintained.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to support all MetroPlusHealth objectives.
  • Review vendor data/documentation to research and monitor vendor activity.
  • Coordinate with MetroPlusHealth business areas to conduct reviews including documenting and testing outcomes as well as obtaining appropriate supporting documentation from vendor and/or internal business areas.
  • Participate in RFP process of new vendors.
  • Assist with reporting requests as requested.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
