Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited US university program, pursuing a degree in accounting
  • Understanding of accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Detail oriented and great communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing workpapers and schedules for use in preparing income tax returns
  • Assist with the preparation of required foreign informational forms, including but not limited to Form 5472, “Information Return of a 25% Foreign-Owned U.S. Corporation or a Foreign Corporation Engaged in a U.S. Trade or Business.”
  • Help with the quarterly provision process through Global Tax Center
  • Prepare spreadsheets to assist in sales and use tax filings as well as various other compliance activities
  • Responsible for the preparation of tax exemption certificates
  • Help with property tax matters, including valuation comparison between years
