Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program, with coursework completed in business, data analytics, supply chain, engineering, logistics, IT, or computer science. They should have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, strong PC skills, demonstrated leadership experience, and a background or interest in technology. Excellent communication, collaboration, and team building skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and try new things.
