Experience in survey platform eg. Qualtrics
Experience in project-based work

Responsibilities

Support customer research into product design and performance
Support analysis of existing products and portfolios
Support development of customer literature
Support market research and analysis
Support development of team tools and processes
Support the testing of new products & developments
