Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry for new agents and new business, the renewal and cancellation process.
  • Respond to agent inquiries related to the Chubb Surety Bond portal
  • Proficient ability to use systems and software programs needed to conduct daily business. Such as Chubb Surety Marketplace
  • Assists with communication and onboarding of new agents
  • Registers new business, renewals, cancellations
  • Uploading Documents to the appropriate file
  • Project a positive image to our customer base and be responsive to customer inquiries.
