The candidate must be pursuing a M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering or Computer Science, with a focus on Controls engineering. They should have strong knowledge of vehicle handling, ride and tire dynamics, control theory, and mechanical and electrical control systems. Experience with vehicle dynamics simulation tools and Python is required, while knowledge of CAN logging tools and SAE experience is a bonus.
