The candidate must have a degree with outstanding results, a UK work permit, a natural ability to make others comfortable, take ownership, be proactive and committed, have a desire to learn and develop, and be willing to be taught about recruiting.

The Talent Acquisition Intern at Insurtech Insights will coordinate weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates, identify and engage potential candidates, handle the first stage of the recruitment process (CV screening), and manage the Recruitment Software (Greenhouse). They will report to senior recruitment and the CEO.
