Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or related field of study
  • Strong administrative and project management experience
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for people and recruitment
  • Interest in learning the full range of recruitment disciplines.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive, personable, and ability to develop relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Place job postings on all relevant platforms
  • Assist with proactive searches and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Take part in candidate interviews with our team of Talent Partners
  • Partner with the TA team and business on the talent selection process
  • Partner with TA operations on reporting and position management
  • Own one of our key TA initiatives from project planning to completion.
