The candidate must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, possess strong administrative and project management skills, have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, a desire to learn various recruitment disciplines, and demonstrate a positive and personable work ethic.

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Chipotle Mexican Grill, you will be responsible for posting job openings, conducting candidate interviews, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, and managing key initiatives within the talent selection process.
