Requirements

  • Interested in the hospitality and luxury industry as well as in Talent & Culture.
  • Current student in Business, Pshycology, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Human Resources or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Required to speak, read and write Spanish and English.
  • Be currently studying (Bachelors or Masters).
  • Have a valid work permit for Spain or an EU passport.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Recruitment, Training and Employee Engagement initiatives and objectives.
  • Assist with recruitment activities by screening candidates, arranging interviews, conducting interviews as designated by Director of Talent and Culture in line with Rosewood Villa Magna. behavioural interview standards, and dealing with general enquiries relating to vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure recruitment paperwork is prepared and updated prior to the recruitment commencing, e.g. Authorisation to recruit, job descriptions, etc.
  • Maintain candidate management system on all job boards and ensure candidates are responded to within the set time.
  • Handle requests for employment from potential walk-in candidates.
  • Onboarding process.
  • Employer Branding and Engagement actions.
