Requirements

  • Prior internship experience in a product management, technical program management or product-oriented technology role
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities; ability to through the noise and laser focus on what really matters
  • Preferred Majors: Business Administration, User Experience, Computer Science
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior with an anticipated graduation date of December 2024, Spring 2025, December 2026 or Spring 2026.
  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting. Internship roles will be office-based with no virtual offerings.
  • Recommended GPA: 3.0 (candidates will be evaluated on overall skills, education, and experience)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with internal and external partners as part of a cross-functional team to gather end user requirements and help define and deliver end state solutions
  • Supporting requirements gathering by documenting discussions and decisions, and turning these into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working closely with engineers, UX designers, and QA to drive successful delivery of new features
  • Developing creative problem-solving skills to make impactful decisions that help improve the lives of our end users
  • Translating product needs to technology requirements
  • Thinking strategically and creatively to research and help implement product management best practices
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
