  • Review and refine existing process documentation to ensure alignment with CMMI Dev Level 3 standards.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to current processes to enhance compliance and efficiency.
  • Research and Analysis:
  • Analyze current processes, gaps, and provide support for achieving CMMI certification.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Assist in organizing and conducting meetings with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback along with consulting firm.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on process improvements and CMMI.
  • Training and Support:
  • Support the development, auditing, and delivery of training/support materials for staff on CMMI processes.
