Requirements

  • What you need to be successful:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology or similar program with an interest in learning and development.
  • Experience using tools that provide main support for this role, such as: presentation applications (e.g., PowerPoint) video creation/editing software (Snagit, Clip Champ), design tools (Canva, Piktochart).
  • What will set you apart:
  • Able to deliver content in a virtual environment.
  • Experience performing independent research and analysis in order to create trainings and workshops.
  • Experience conducting employee focus groups to complement quantitative surveys.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues.
  • Attributes that will help you succeed in this role:
  • Exceptional ability to convey ideas, thoughts, and information clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Effective presentation skills, including the ability to confidently and clearly communicate ideas and findings to senior leaders and executives
  • Ability to engage learners, stimulate conversation, and encourage participation and interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Your role will encompass developing and facilitating workshops, creating and distributing bite-sized micro-learnings, and meticulously planning, organizing, and controlling virtual training spaces. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in fostering continuous learning and growth within our organization, ensuring that our workforce remains agile and well-equipped for the challenges of today’s technology-driven world.
