Requirements

  • Eres estudiante de Grado de Archivística o similares.
  • Tienes disponibilidad de jornada de mañanas.
  • Tu nivel de inglés es B2.
  • Tienes conocimientos de Microsoft Office a nivel usuario, preferible conocimientos en SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar y controlar las operaciones llevadas a cabo en el archivo de documentación asociada a la fabricación de productos bajo regulaciones de Normas de Correcta Fabricación (GMP):
  • Gestión de préstamos y control de documentación custodiada.
  • Seguimiento de las solicitudes de préstamo.
  • Proporcionar atención y soporte al personal que realiza consultas o peticiones de préstamo.
  • Ubicar y Archivar la documentación que entra en el archivo identificándola según normativa interna (lote o código de estudio y ubicación)
  • Gestionar y actualizar la base de datos con la información de documentos archivados y su ubicación.
  • Elaborar estadísticas de operaciones realizadas en el archivo y de carga de trabajo con el fin de:
  • Redactar informes de gestión anual del departamento.
  • Hacer seguimiento de peticiones de préstamos.
  • Apoyo documental en las auditorías internas o externas GMP en temas relacionados con acceso a documentación de fabricación de los lotes.
  • Uso de programas informáticos específicos para el desarrollo de sus funciones: MS Access, MS Excel, plataforma IM.
  • Participación en la optimización de procesos de trabajo debido al proyecto de custodia de documentación en proveedor externo.
  • Participación en el proyecto de automatización de los sistemas de trabajo por implantación de un nuevo software de gestión en el archivo (PRM).
