Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University.
Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program at an accredited US based university or college
Must be a Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in undergrad
Must be enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester at an accredited university/college after the completion of the internship
Must be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August
Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and related software)
Ability to identify issues and seek solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently, when needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication are essential in this collaborative work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Ability to identify issues and seek solutions
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace
Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Completes projects as directed and under the guidance of the PDM External Quality Operations Team
Receives guidance from a Quality Manager with tasks while learning Quality specific regulations, processes, and practices
Leads and supports process improvements while interacting with cross-functional teams
Supports CMO site performance scorecard reporting
Reports Quality internal metrics (e.g. external event tracking, deviation, change controls, CAPA, etc.)
Supports quality initiatives (e.g., Product Disposition, MTR review and approval, MBR/EBR Review and Approval)
Supports under guidance EBR review, CAPA/EET and identifying improvement opportunities and creating/update checklist to document reduced EBR Review
Other duties as requested
