The candidate must be 18 years or older, currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's Degree program with a minimum 3.0 GPA, have completed one year of study prior to the internship, and must not be employed at the time. They should be majoring in Engineering or a Biotech related STEM discipline, and previous co-op or internship experience is preferred. The candidate must also be located in the United States for the duration of the internship or co-op.

The candidate will gain valuable experience in the biopharmaceutical industry by working on projects, learning from industry professionals, and collaborating with senior leadership at a world-class global bio-manufacturing company. They will apply coursework concepts to real-world situations, network with staff across the organization, and be mentored by senior staff members in the Pilot Plant Network.
