  • What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree marketing, customer service, business processing, insurance administration, and/or benefits administration
  • Graduation date between December 2024 – June 2025
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Screen paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  • Meet and sustain acceptable level or above on accuracy and document delivery, based on departmental standards.
  • Communicate action on booklet production and respond to questions from Marketing and other departments via email or telephone in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in database.
  • Duties may also include peer review, system testing and validation of inventory management distribution and reporting.
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
  • Support the development of a comprehensive analytics-driven operations monitoring strategy
  • Conduct data mining and analysis to test controls and address key business risk
  • Support data visualization and dashboard development for executive level stakeholders
  • Participate in a data-oriented and growth-focused team environment
