Requirements

Preferences:
Possesses strong communication (written/verbal) skills
Strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in working with data to uncover insights.
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL
Basic understanding of data visualization concepts and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Demonstrates complex problem solving, cognitive flexibility and computational thinking
Utilize various machine learning techniques to build models
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions
Must be a rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months

Responsibilities

Works with tools such as SQL, Python, Big Query on Google Cloud platform, Power BI to perform data migration and analysis
Collaborate with the BIA team to gather, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources. Apply statistical and analytical methods to extract meaningful insights and trends.
Assist in data reporting and communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
Interpret data findings and provide actionable recommendations that contribute to business strategy and process improvements.
Utilize third party application Striim to migrate data from SQL Server to Google Cloud Platform
