Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Must be located in the geographic location of the position (Ft. Worth, TX or Atlanta, GA) or willing to relocate yourself
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions
Must be a rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months
Other Criteria:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
Has the ability to comprehend new concepts quickly
Can effectively communicate with team members
Strong communication (written/verbal) skills

Responsibilities

Identifies new sales opportunities within the department.
Ensures internal/external customers’ needs are met by initiating frequent communication
Works with team on complex issues for customers
Gain and maintain knowledge of UPS Capital products and services.
Understands and creates opportunities to optimize current sales processes
Maintaining communication with team members
Ability to comprehend new concepts and understand products quickly
Analyze current market trends and competitor activity
Updates and gives feedback to internal parties
Preferences
Possesses strong communication (written/verbal) skills
Demonstrates complex problem solving, cognitive flexibility and computational thinking
Displays Digital and Data Literacy
Identifies Root Cause and Predictive Analysis
Demonstrates Project Management
Previous sales experience
