Requirements

  • Pursuing a BA/BS in business, communications, or a related field
  • Ability to use data to solve problems & recommend solutions
  • Ability and desire to learn, understand & communicate technical topics
  • Excellent verbal, written & analytical skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented & multi-tasker
  • Strong problem-solving and service orientation
  • Passionate for the e-business section, previous retail/e-commerce experience a plus
  • Microsoft Tools (Excel, etc.) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work across the Marketplace Team, brands (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, BHLDN) & Technology Team to drive the program’s success in all areas.
  • Aid the team & vendors with functional tasks within internal systems and vendor software, such as assisting with assortment additions.
  • Work with business developers, account managers and vendors to troubleshoot hiccups.
  • Analyze performance data to proactively identify areas of opportunity internally & externally.
  • Report on business KPIs and monitor performance of site/vendor changes
