Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human behaviour related fields (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, Economics, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Statistics, etc.)
  • Experience with survey design and response effects.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis using statistical tools (SPSS/R/Python/SQL/or equivalent).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Display strong interest in and understanding of the monetization space.
  • Exceptional communicator, having strong communication and presentation skills to present data in an understandable and convincing way.
  • You have a genuine passion for and ideally good knowledge of user research and human behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, strategy, and other business partners to identify research topics.
  • Support the formulation of research hypotheses, the design and implementation of studies; addressing both user behaviour and attitudes, the analysis and synthesis of user experience, and the delivery of actionable insights as well as solutions addressing the research topics along with other user researchers.
  • Tracking product's progress and identifying problems via tracking user benchmarking metrics periodically, and figuring out ways to ascribe those problems to a cause and fix them.
  • Share research findings with multi-disciplinary teams & international stakeholders.
