Requirements

Completed or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in User Experience Design, Communications, English, or Digital Media or related fields. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but bachelor’s and other postgraduate education will also be considered.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, brevity, and user engagement.
Experience creating microcopy for user interfaces, including buttons, menus, and error messages.
Familiarity with UX design principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of AI-driven interfaces, chatbot interactions, or real-time translation platforms is an asset.
Comfortable working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of user behavior, usability, and accessibility standards.
Ability to adapt writing to different tones and maintain brand voice consistency.
Experience with localization and crafting content for multilingual audiences is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Develop clear and concise microcopy for user interfaces, including buttons, menus, tooltips, error messages, and onboarding flows.
Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, developers, and product managers to align content with user needs and product objectives.
Create content that enhances usability, accessibility, and overall user experience for AI-driven platforms.
Refine content based on user research, usability testing, and analytics insights.
Ensure written content reflects Vosyn’s brand voice and maintains consistency across all platforms.
Write intuitive and engaging content tailored for AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-driven technologies.
Establish and maintain content standards, style guides, and best practices for UX writing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Vosyn’s platform by adapting content strategies to user behavior and feedback.
