Responsibilities

  • Providing support to employees in the Workday myHR Learning Module Management
  • Collecting learning needs and setting up the learning plan for 2025
  • Organizing local learning activities / training sessions (including identification of external providers, negotiation of training offers, etc.)
  • Participation in Qualification Management
  • Training administration and preparing training reports
  • Onboarding: You take care of the onboarding procedure and you are the first point of contact for all new hires for E&C Center Frankfurt.
  • Support local HR projects and HR group initiatives (eg. Air Liquide Summer School, HandivAirsity, MyVoice, E&C Launch Day for new employees)
