What is the V.I.E program?
The V.I.E program is an international young graduate program that enables professionals under 28 years old who are European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country worldwide for up to 24 months.
What are the key responsibilities of this position?
You will support employees in the Workday myHR Learning Module, collect learning needs, organize local training activities, participate in qualification management, manage onboarding processes, and support local HR projects and initiatives.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A graduation in economic engineering, business management (focus HR), or social sciences is required, along with skills in human resources management, affinity for online tools, and training skills.
What interpersonal skills are necessary for this position?
Good organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in databases and spreadsheets, respect for confidentiality, and excellent spoken and written communication skills are all necessary.
What languages are required for this job?
Fluency in English is mandatory, and basic knowledge of German could be an asset.
Where is the position based and how long is the initial contract?
The position is based in Frankfurt, Germany, for an initial period of 12 months.
Who is eligible to apply for this position?
Only candidates eligible for the VIE program and meeting its requirements will be considered for this role.

You will work with a local HR team in Frankfurt, including the HR Director, HR Business Partner, and other HR specialists, as well as collaborate with the Learning Experience Specialist and Training specialist in Europe.
