Responsibilities

  • Assurer le service client selon les normes de la marque, en appliquant les techniques de vente en lien avec les formations dispensées par Mango ;
  • Contribuer activement au développement des indicateurs commerciaux ;
  • Proposer les articles, tenues et accessoires correspondant aux besoins des clients
  • Traiter toutes les transactions de caisse de manière fluide, efficace et précise afin de s'assurer que la fin de l'expérience client dans le magasin soit optimum ;
  • Effectuer le réassort de la caisse (emballage, boites cadeaux, rouleaux, etc.) ;
  • Assurer la propreté des caisses
  • S’impliquer dans toutes les tâches liées à l'exploitation des zones back office : livraison, réapprovisionnement, transferts d'entrée et de sortie, exploitation des produits ;
  • Participer activement aux inventaires
  • Connaître et appliquer les règles de rangement et de présentation des linéaires et de merchandising ;
  • S’occuper du réassort ;
  • S’occuper de l’étiquetage ;
  • S’occuper du Click and Collect et des ventes onlines ;
  • Participer à la mise en place d’opérations commerciales ;
  • Entretenir le magasin : s'assurer que la surface de vente est propre et accueillante
