Responsibilities

  • Support the Workspace Product Manager in BUILD, BUILD TO RUN and RUN initiatives.
  • Help in managing the IT subcontractors helping Airbus Helicopters in the related Workspace initiatives.
  • Support local Donaworth projects that aims at developing new collaborative spaces.
  • Help in the evaluation and selection of all IT equipment and IT tools that could be integrated in the Workspace Catalog. This requires meetings with IT providers and evaluation campaigns with key stakeholders of the AH business.
  • Although your main focal point is the Workspace Product manager, during the mission you will also have to support the Product Manager of Google Workspace in activities that reduce the MS Office dependency.
  • Support on change management initiatives of collaboration services.
