Responsibilities

  • - Assist in the development of local point of sale material with external suppliers, from brief through production within budgetary parameters and to international guidelines
  • - Ownership of lightbox and video rollouts incl. database maintenance, visual and video assets orders, colour matching
  • - Assist in planning of visibility for launches across all 3 axes (Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare)
  • - Support the VM Manager in creation of Merchandising guidelines for all launches and animations and brief to internal teams
  • - Manage the budget tracker raising Po’s and handling supplier invoices
  • - Carry out site surveys and help with visual orders and merchandising of new counters and refits across the UK & Ireland
  • - POSM order management
  • - Create planogramming information
  • - Define with VM Manager visual support required for all internal and external meetings
  • - Carry out regular field visits (London/Flagship stores) to ensure that all visual implementation instore is of high standard and within brand guidelines
