The candidate must be currently enrolled in an engineering program, have problem-solving and communication skills, a desire to learn new technical skills, basic Microsoft Office skills, and preferably have completed 3 years toward their degree with a 3.0+ GPA. Previous internship experience and proficiency in software platforms such as AutoCAD, Microstation, ArcGIS, and hydraulic modeling software are also preferred. Local candidates are given preference.

The Water Resources Engineering Intern in Minneapolis will work on various design engineering and modeling techniques for water resource projects, focusing on hydraulics, hydrology, stormwater collection systems, and civil design. They will develop construction documents, perform water resources studies, and assist with field work as needed.
