  • Herausarbeitung von Selektionsraten und Vergleich zwischen heutigen und früheren Kabinenstandards
  • Identifizieren (in engem Austausch mit Marketing und Defintionsmanagern) von Trends. Besonders im Hinblick auf Kabinenlayouts, Airline Abläufen und Kundennutzen und Vorschläge von entsprechenden KPIs.
  • Differenzierung der Analyse auf verschiedenen Untermodellen der A320 Produktfamilie.
  • Identifizierung von Umsatztreibern.
  • Weiteres Augenmerk auf Konfigurationsanalyse im Frachtbereich.
  • Überarbeitung von Broschüren und Kundenberatungsdokumenten.
