Requirements

  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Enrolled and working towards)
  • Job Requirements:
  • Enrollment in a bachelor's program in Social Work from an accredited learning institution
  • Enrolled in a program class requiring an internship placement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Patient demeanor with the ability to relate to, empathize with, and show compassion for a variety of personalities
  • Individual initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a dynamic team of professionalsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Essential Functions/Physical Demands:
  • Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Frequent to constant sitting.
  • Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
  • Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Substance Use Disorder Assessments
  • Co-facilitate/facilitate group services
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary team
  • Actively participate in individual and group supervision and consultation groups.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
