Responsibilities

  • Develop and support digital storytelling and content (i.e., blogs, leadership guides, banners, stories) for new products, projects, tools, processes and more.
  • Support execution of RO Employee Engagement plan, including, but not limited to planning, organizing and executing of small to large employee engagement events such as:
  • town halls,
  • employee appreciation and wellness events;
  • Round Tables, leadership centre visits.
  • Support the leads of strategic initiatives in developing a framework for monitoring progress of in-flight initiatives, socializing the progress of these initiatives, and identifying and raising any barriers that may limit progress of those initiatives.
  • Learn the responsibilities of Risk Operations and how our department plays a key role within the organization.
  • Build relationships with team members and understand the broader team structure to ensure the appropriate team members are engaged to support discussions with functional partners.
