Requirements

  • You are an enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Engineering or Information Management or any combination of both or similar field of study.
  • You have very good Google Workspace knowledge and practical experiences.
  • Your English skills are business fluent (any other language is a plus)
  • You are a passionate team player with excellent communication skills and you are able to work independently.
  • You are curious and willing to learn from a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities

  • OSE is in charge of the performance within the Value Stream organisation of the A320 Family.
  • In particular, the department is dealing with:
  • Operational Performance of the End to End flow ensuring one single source of truth (OSEP)
  • Capacity and industrial capability for rate adaptation & the monitor Risks & Opportunities (OSER)
  • Optimisation of the cost and resource performances (RC, NRC) with complete circularity (OSEF)
  • Management of the contractual relation and the ordering process with Airbus Atlantic and Airbus Aerostructure (OSEF)
  • The job is focused on supporting the teams in relation to the following tasks and responsibilities:
  • Analysis of the amount of data available to further streamline operational performances, improve anticipation and reinforce data driven performance indicators to steer decision making.
  • Execution of ordering process routines and compliant standards
  • Fostering governances across the whole company
  • Continuous improvement to enhance cost performances
  • Interaction within a fully international team
