Requirements

  • Interest in helping to build out new capabilities, governance, process for the team/organization, which can involve ambiguity and iteration on approaches.
  • What knowledge and skills will the intern gain from this internship?:
  • Hands-on experience with skills, such as Powershell, and Python, in the creation of monitoring and reporting in relation to governance and improvements over time.
  • Exposure to various desktop products, conference room equipment, A/V communication, , and other data source technologies and methods EUE supports.
  • Opportunity to help expand customer service and user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in AV project to replace conference room equipment and functionality.
  • Participate in improvements in desktop experience.
  • Participate in coordination with the helpdesk and user experience.
