Requirements

What we’re looking for:
The right to live and work in the UK
On target to graduate with an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, ideally Computer Science, Maths or Physics or similar technical subject
Be familiar with a modern day programming language, or range of languages
Passionate about software and technology
A quick learner and a team player
Analytical and enjoy using logic to solve problems

Responsibilities

Programme Highlights:
You’ll begin your journey with our Grad Kick-Off Day, hosted in our brand-new state of the art training facility at Apadmi HQ
You’ll have access to a structured Engineering learning curriculum, putting you in a good position to progress to becoming a Software Engineer at Apadmi
You’ll have the opportunity to shadow experienced Software Engineers to learn first hand about Apadmi and the Engineering team processes
You’ll receive on the job training by working on a variety of projects and challenges, with exposure to working in cross-functional teams
You’ll be allocated a dedicated buddy to learn from in another project or part of the business
You’ll get access to our LinkedIn Learning or Udemy library with 10,000+ on demand courses available
You’ll gain your Professional Scrum Master certification within your first 3 months
You’ll get involved in varied programme of learning events via our Apadmi Academy:
Learn a new skill you’ve always wanted to try but have never had the time to through our Elevate sessions.
Join us as we shine a light on a different hot topic in the tech world in our monthly Spotlight sessions
Be part of a dedicated knowledge sharing forum for our cohort of graduates

Application Process

Submit your application online - you’ll be asked to submit your CV and answer a couple of questions about your interest in the role and Apadmi
1st Stage Telephone Call - we’ll give you a quick 20 minute call to discuss your experience, what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good fit for each other
2nd Stage Interview Session - you’ll be invited to Apadmi HQ to meet with our teams and be interviewed by those you’ll be working with. You’ll be asked some questions about the role, and about your skills and abilities to be successful in the job, and for Engineering, we may give you a short technical test. It’s also your chance to ask us questions and see if we’re right for you
Offer - if all goes to plan, we’ll give you a call to make you an offer of employment with us
