Requirements

  • Successful completion of the full AAT qualification (up to Level 4) allows you to internally apply for our ACA Graduate / Trainee Chartered Accountant programme. This will take you through a further 3 years of training and learning, resulting in you qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Our training programmes give you the opportunity to gain globally-recognised qualifications without going to University.   • Achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or Scottish National 5’s at Grade 5 or Above (Grade C) and this must include Maths and English
  • Achieved already, or be predicted to achieve a minimum of 3 A Levels or Scottish Highers at Grade C or Above
  • Be at least 18 years of age or over by 31 August 2024

Responsibilities

  • You will be supported over a 3 year period where you will gain a sought after accounting qualification and establish a solid foundation for a successful career in Accounting. The AAT role and qualification is mainly focused on preparing accounts, VAT, bookkeeping and accounts reporting. Whereas the ATT role and qualification focuses on Tax Compliance and is initially based in our personal Tax Compliance team. Following completion of the ATT you may be able to internally apply to become a Chartered Tax Advisor where you will complete further qualifications and training.
