Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and scale the Udemy Business Enterprise ABM program to generate high-quality pipeline and accelerate growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts and work closely with our Global Campaigns and Activations teams, performance marketing, and operations team to execute a unified strategy that drives growth in our target verticals and segments.
  • Creative Thinking and Content Development: Use your creativity to develop compelling content and personalized experiences that resonate with our target audience.
  • Global Marketing Coordination: In addition to building the foundational global program, you’ll collaborate with regional counterparts to ensure consistent execution and alignment with local market needs.
  • Process Improvement/Optimization: Turn our ABM efforts into a finely tuned machine! You’ll work cross-functionally to make our sales and marketing ABM processes as efficient and scalable as possible.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Operationalize ABM planning and reporting to effectively measure and analyze the success of our initiatives, driving continuous improvement in partnership with the marketing team.
