The primary responsibility is to sell new ticket packages, plans, and single game tickets while retaining a portion of season ticket accounts that the individual personally sells.
What kind of experience is required for this role?
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and one to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
What are the typical working hours for this position?
The business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
What types of communication will the Account Executive use to maintain relationships with ticket accounts?
The Account Executive will use telephone, email, mail, and ticket system technology platforms, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management), to communicate with ticket accounts.

Yes, the Account Executive will provide game day assistance by escorting participants from ticket accounts to the field for specific activities and will assist at various sales-related events throughout the year.
