What is the duration of the Account Manager position?

The primary responsibilities include being the day-to-day contact for buy-side customers, training customers on platform features, consulting on best practices for self-service campaigns, making recommendations for feature usage, liaising with cross-functional teams, and assisting in triaging and troubleshooting issues.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in ad operations, trading at an agency or DSP, or managing media and/or tech accounts. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills are also important.
Is prior experience in digital advertising necessary?
Yes, experience in ad operations or trading, particularly in a DSP or agency setting, is required to be successful in this role.
Will I receive training for this position?
