Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of designated Partnerships, acting as primary point person for a mix of regional and global partners.
  • Manage the fulfilment of contractual deliverables, collaborating with partners on creative, impactful activation plans
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of partnership benefits
  • Provide support to the Partnerships Director to assist in the management of one, or more, of LIV Golf’s Global Partnerships
  • Handle administrative departmental responsibilities which may include facilitating the request for tickets, experiences, merchandise and gifting
  • On-event, help to facilitate VIP Hospitality programs and on-course experiences and activations for our Partners
  • Support the Partnership Management Team with effective tracking of partnership rights utilisation and reporting on partnership activation.
  • Work with our partners, and the internal Partnership Management and Insights teams, to define measurement frameworks and reporting to partners
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting materials and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Research and identify new opportunities to expand corporate partnerships by staying informed on partners' goals, objectives, and the competitive landscape.
  • Offer support for the Partnership Sales team where process efficiencies can be made
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
