Responsibilities

  • Responsible for commercial ownership of complete seat programs. Negotiate series projects and contracts with customer on from Buyer to Senior Management level.
  • Customer relationship management – OEM Buyer / Purchase Manager / Lead Engineers / Module Leaders / Piece Cost Engineers / Vendor Tooling Cost Engineers
  • Manage negotiation and closure of commercial issues with timely conclusion
  • Manage sales account with P&L responsibility, cost and pricing management and profitability ownership from project inception through to SOP
  • Deliver program(s) with committed financial metrics
  • Deliver engineering change quotations in line with agreed customer timeline
  • Maintain internal reporting
  • Support business case approvals
  • Report out program commercial status to senior level
  • Follow up on aging debt / drive cash-in collection in line with forecast dates
