Requirements

  • High level of comfort with accounting software, namely NetSuite.
  • High level of proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
  • Able communicator, capable of communicating accounting needs to accountants and non-accountants alike to complete tasks.
  • Capable of analyzing workload and prioritizing well.
  • Familiarity with database management, and database normalization, and generally aware of good data practices.
  • Capable of learning new software and processes quickly.
  • Capable of using MacOS or learning a new operating system quickly.
  • Minimum of 1 year accounting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the month, quarter, and annual finance close processes.
  • Assist in processing invoices for franchise store purchases.
  • Prepare journal entries, review general ledger accounts and prepare reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Work with other accounting team members to accurately record inter-subsidiary transactions.
  • Work with the managers of various corporate-held Crumbl Cookie locations to properly record inventories, expenses, and cash activities.
