  • Oversee the daily financial operations related to Ecommerce ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and within specified timeframe.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes in line with statutory, tax and audit requirements, including invoice processing, returns reconciliation, and revenue recognition.
  • Processing invoices/credit notes and ensuring they are approved and correctly recorded onto the system.
  • Controlling the purchasing of products and services from external suppliers through PO number issuing.
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Act as one of the main points of contact for the Finance department.
  • Reconciling Credit card statements for department cards.
  • Providing support on Travel expense claims.
  • Assist with month end closing activities.
  • Ad hoc account administrative duties.
