Responsibilities include ensuring physical and telephone reception of users, organizing rooms for visits, participating in service meetings, managing incoming and outgoing mail, updating and tracking various tables, assisting with archiving, and performing administrative tasks as required.

Required qualifications include knowledge of public difficulties, rigor and discretion, the ability to work in a team, proficiency in basic office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook, and appropriate professional positioning.

How many vacation days are offered with this position?
The position offers 25 annual vacation days plus 27 days of RTT (reduction of working time), prorated based on presence and work portion.
