Responsibilities

  • Assurer l’accueil physique et téléphonique des usagers (parents/partenaires)
  • organisation des salles pour les visites (parent/enfant)
  • Participation aux réunions et projets de service (organisation ateliers avec les Assistants familiaux…)
  • Gestion du courrier départ et arrivée (transmission et enregistrement)
  • Enregistrement des appels téléphoniques
  • Mise à jour et suivi de tableaux (permanences des professionnels du SAF, réservations des salles etc…)
  • Aide à l’archivage des dossiers
  • Tâches administratives transverses à définir avec la direction et la responsable administrative
  • Articulation avec l’autre agent d’accueil sur des missions transverses
