Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities will include creating properly formatted CVs, managing the onboarding process, coordinating candidate interviews, serving as the primary point of contact for customer communication, and maintaining status reports.
  • Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Create properly formatted CVs in various formats, ensuring high-quality and error-free content, and provide quality control for all CVs provided to customers.
  • Prepare cover sheets and related supporting documentation for candidate positioning.
  • Manage Experis processes for EC Framework and direct Experis roles, including submission, upload, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of onboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, including handling BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and related security clearance processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, managing related process steps.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for direct customer communication regarding the above process steps.
  • Update and maintain status reports, such as 'Monday,' to reflect the progress and status of tasks.
  • Collate and produce timesheets and month-end financial information for invoicing, receipting, and payment-related follow-ups.
