Responsibilities

  • The job responsibilities are as follows:
  • - Provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to the clinicians and managers
  • - Work within an integrated and skill-mixed admin team supporting the clinical service delivery in Adult Neurodevelopmental liaising project
  • - Support the standardisation of admin support across the Trust to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the admin support received by clinical services
  • - Supervise the day to day workload of Band 2 Admin Support colleagues
  • - Deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner
  • - Attend MDT and Professional meetings to take minutes
  • - Maintain relevant recording and information systems
