  • - 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience

  • - You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates through email and other forms of communication
  • - General operating software / hardware knowledge relating to MS Suite, and ability to create documents, spreadsheets, reports, and graphic presentations (V-Lookups beneficial). (Excel exam will be administered)
  • - Ability to work in office 5 days per week

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the approval and processing of expenditure, and other key financial control documents, ledger and/or account maintenance, and relevant data entry.
  • Plans, coordinates, and monitors the daily activities of the unit, ensuring smooth, efficient workflow and adherence to objectives and procedures, and operating standards.
  • You will provide technical guidance and expertise in the day-to-day management of accounting activities within area of specialty.
  • Monitor both direct expenses and indirect expenses to ensure they are in line with branch performance
  • You will generate purchase request to create the purchase orders for all overhead invoices
  • Ensure overhead invoices are sent to Costa Rica share service for processing and ensure procedure is followed
  • Maintain monthly expenses
  • You will develop record keeping procedures and manages appropriate department records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Responds to inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to transactions handled by the unit; serves as liaison with other constituencies in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
  • Development of KPIs, ad-hoc reports, and new analyses as required
