Responsibilities

  • Uploads/ downloads to CMS
  • Uploads instructions to TMLEP
  • New instructions – downloads and allocations to teams
  • Closure forms
  • Screenshot IAS37 information and save to files
  • Checking client’s extranet portal and screenshotting details
  • Invoices
  • Emails out to experts and counsel
  • Coordinating photocopying, printing, scanning, organising couriers, sending out of letters, faxes etc with Floor support
  • Service of prepared documents to Claimant Solicitors and Court and understanding importance of deadlines
  • Opening and closing of files, including conflict checking, setting up contacts, running initial schedules, electronic filing, record keeping and archiving of files
