Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of brand and media partnerships across film releases, collaborating with partners to create standout creative for submission to the LA Home Office for approval
  • Contribute to creative briefings with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Sony Home Office teams to resolve challenges and deliver best-in-class partnership campaigns
  • Build detailed campaign case studies in PowerPoint, highlighting creative strategy, execution, and results
  • Maintain and update promotional tracking documents (e.g. budgets, screenings, merchandise) in Google Docs to ensure clear visibility across active partnerships
  • Attend weekly status meetings with partnership agency Lime, providing updates and tracking action points
  • Collate and localise movie pitching materials supplied by the Home Office for use in the UK market
  • Create NDAs and support the management of contractual documentation for partners and stakeholders
  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of partner screenings, including guest management, logistics, and on-the-day execution
  • Track competitor campaigns and wider industry trends, sharing innovative partnership activations with the team via an internal newsletter and a partnerships case study website
  • Take clear and accurate meeting notes
  • Support ad hoc runner and administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with the localisation of creative assets for the UK market across posters, TV/VOD, radio, print, and OOH
  • Work closely with local creative agencies and the Home Office to ensure assets align with UK market positioning
  • Participate in creative review meetings, providing constructive feedback informed by creative strategy and local insight
  • Support the Advertising team by tracking preferred creative assets across film titles
  • Liaise with creative, production, and printing agencies to ensure the timely delivery of materials to cinemas and media owners
  • Maintain outdoor and AV campaign trackers, ensuring accuracy of formats, materials, and timelines
  • Book outdoor photography for major UK releases
  • Create post-release outdoor and advertising recap presentations
  • Support budgeting processes and maintain internal digital filing systems
  • Manage multiple tracking documents to support campaign planning, delivery, and team performance
  • Raise purchase orders in Ariba, allocating costs to the correct titles and budgets, and track spend
  • Ensure internal financial systems are kept up to date, including onboarding new vendors where required
  • Liaise with the Finance team to support timely invoice processing and payments
  • Assist in the creation of presentations for internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Attend weekly department meetings
  • Provide operational support, including diary management, meeting room bookings, expense processing, and courier coordination
