What is the starting pay for the Advocate Walgreens Float Medical Office Assistant position?

What are the required qualifications for this position?
A high school diploma or GED is required, and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association must be obtained within 21 days of the start date.
Is prior experience necessary for this position?
While 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or customer service setting is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply.
What are the primary responsibilities of a Medical Office Assistant in this role?
Responsibilities include providing clinical and administrative support, completing patient registration, managing waiting room processes, performing vitals and point of care testing, and maintaining a safe and organized clinic environment.
Will I be required to work weekends?
Yes, the position requires availability to work rotating weekends.
What are the working hours for this job?
The clinic operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM. You will work four weekday shifts per week and rotating weekends.
Is there a specific location where I will be working?
You will staff at Advocate Walgreens Clinic sites, including Oaklawn, Chicago 95th, Chicago 75th, and Chicago 55th.
