Requirements

  • - College diploma in Administration (or equivalent)
  • - One (1) year experience in customer service (experience in a call center or retail store an asset)
  • - Excellent customer service skills, good decision making and ability to meet deadlines
  • - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • - Bilingualism is required (English and French - oral and written)
  • - Be available to work during hours of operations Monday to Friday from 8am to 10h15 pm and weekends from 9 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities

  • Be our customers’ primary point of contact on all contact channels
  • Document detailed and accurate customer interactions
  • Acts as a liaison between the customers and our internal departments by ensuring resolution of all issues
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of our order management journey, our merchandise trends, our customer marketing programs as well as our policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as handle average times, quality of cases, tele-service, and first call resolution
  • Deliver exceptional and memorable experience while building, cultivating relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty
  • Be an ambassador for the Reitmans (Canada) Ltd group and represent the company culture and values of Respect, Integrity, Growth and Commitment in a positive manner
