Responsibilities

  • Sous la responsabilité du responsable d’exploitation, vous gérez le parc de véhicules de l'agence ainsi que les entrées/sorties de matériel liées à des prestations d’entretien ou de réparation. Vous êtes en contact permanent avec les clients pour ce qui concerne :
  • La convocation et suivi des visites préventives et réglementaires
  • L’accueil en agence
  • La mise en place des nouveaux contrats
  • Les entrées/sorties des matériels
  • La gestion des dépannages
  • Vous êtes également responsable de la bonne tenue du parc, des inventaires ainsi que du respect des procédures de gestion, de qualité ou de sécurité. Une véritable interface, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, l’administration des ventes, les ateliers, les équipes de Customer Support, du Fleet Control, des Assets et du Service Remarketing.
