  • Essential Skills:
  • Deep Insurance industry experience with a proven track record within sub-market domains.
  • Extensive experience in developing and delivering AI-enabled, production grade solutions at scale.
  • Ability to identify AI opportunities and independently lead go-to-market propositions, providing a link between the business problem and technical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, scope.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to enable a diverse technical and non-technical team.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their potential applications and risks.
  • The ability to tell a compelling story by structuring thoughts in a way that is engaging and easy to follow.
  • Experience in developing and delivering AI solutions using cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience in agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience in data visualization and storytelling, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#.

Responsibilities

  • Our projects vary greatly and your responsibility will differ based on the focus of the client engagement and your skillset, but could include and may require you to:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop AI-enabled solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Lead on sales and business development activities, such as building client relationships, conducting bid processes, and driving out strategic partnerships.
  • Build, lead and manage a team of AI professionals, including data scientists, engineers, developers and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, including timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities to incorporate new tools and techniques into client solutions.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders, and provide recommendations for addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Oversee the implementation of data privacy and security guardrails throughout project lifecycles – including the implementation of ethical AI guardrails.
